技術(shù)文章詳解安全滑觸線常見故障處理方法-發(fā)昊滑觸線

A sliding contact line power,
主要原因：電刷在導(dǎo)管中爬坡；電刷磨損嚴(yán)重，無(wú)法觸及導(dǎo)體；導(dǎo)體接頭不平整；單集電器使用；導(dǎo)軌接頭松脫。
The main reason: brush in the conduit climbing; brush wear serious, can not touch the conductor; the conductor joint roughness; single collector; rail joint loosening.
處理方法：檢測(cè)集電器是否磨損嚴(yán)重，更換集電器；更換電刷；重新調(diào)整連接節(jié)點(diǎn)；采用雙刷集電器；重新調(diào)整擰緊連接螺釘。
Treatment methods: detection of collector is badly worn, replace the collector; Replacement Brush; re adjust the connection; with double brush collector; re adjust, tighten the screw connection.
二、導(dǎo)軌變形，集電器運(yùn)動(dòng)受阻
Two, rail deformation, collector movement blocked
主要原因：環(huán)境溫度過高；提掛架間距大或松脫。
The main reason: the high ambient temperature; lifting rack spacing or loose.
處理方法：局部采用隔熱板，室外加遮陽(yáng)板；增加滑觸線提掛架數(shù)量，矯正導(dǎo)管，并擰緊螺釘。
Processing method: partial use of insulation board, outdoor and visor; increase the sliding contact wire rack number provided, correct catheter, and tighten the screws.
三、工作時(shí)滑觸線晃動(dòng)大
Three, work of sliding contact line shaking big
主要原因：撥叉無(wú)法吸收傳動(dòng)誤差；導(dǎo)軌正線直線度差；提掛架松動(dòng)。
The main reason: fork cannot absorb transmission error; rail line straightness deviation; lifting rack loose.
處理方法：修正牽引器，使之能自由吸收傳動(dòng)誤差；調(diào)整導(dǎo)軌直線度；擰緊提掛架螺釘。
Treatment methods: fixed traction device, which can free free absorption, transmission error; the adjusting guide rail straightness; tighten screws lifting rack.
四、電刷磨損快
Four, brush wear quickly
主要原因：接頭不平整；載流量過大；彈簧壓力大。
The main reason: joint roughness; carrying capacity is too large; the spring pressure.
處理方法：按要求重新連接導(dǎo)軌；增加集電器數(shù)量；更換、修正彈簧壓力。
Processing method: according to the requirement of re connected with the guide rail; increase the collector number; replacement, correction spring pressure.
五、電刷側(cè)面擦傷
Five, brush side abrasion
主要原因：電刷磨損，滑觸線集電器定為不正；牽引器的撥叉?zhèn)攘鬟f過大。
The main reason: brush wear, sliding touch line collector for it; the shifting fork side force of the tractor transmission is too large.
處理方法：更換、修正彈簧壓力；更換牽引撥叉或修正牽引器撥叉。
Processing method: replacement, correction spring pressure; replace the traction fork or modified tractor fork.
六、導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)有火花
Six, rail spark
主要原因：電刷表面與導(dǎo)軌接觸不良。
The main reason: brush the surface in contact with the rail side.
處理方法：檢測(cè)導(dǎo)軌接頭，適當(dāng)磨合電刷保證60%接觸面積。
Treatment methods: detecting the rail joint, appropriate running in brush to ensure 60% contact area.
七、滑觸線集電器行走有較大異響
Seven, the sliding contact line collector walking has large abnormal sound
主要原因：電流過大；接頭不平整。
The main reason: the current is too large; joint roughness.
處理方法：增加集電器數(shù)量；重新安裝導(dǎo)軌連接。
Treatment methods: increase the collector number; re install rail connection.
八、滑觸線集電器外殼擦傷

主要原因：導(dǎo)軌變形；集電器定為欠佳。
The main reason: rail deformation; collector for the poor.
處理方法：按故障2處理，增加定型夾；調(diào)整集電器。
